Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste to ani netu\u0161ili, ale tato p\u00e1lenka se u n\u00e1s p\u00e1l\u00ed od nepam\u011bti. Ji\u017e v d\u00e1vn\u00e9 historii tomuto moku p\u0159ikl\u00e1dali a\u017e magick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. \u010casto se o n\u00ed \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee uzdravit a slou\u017e\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e9 neduhy. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 vyb\u00edraj\u00ed pecky, jin\u00ed je nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na chuti ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jedince. Takzvan\u011b p\u00e1lit se m\u016f\u017ee s peckami i bez nich. Jakmile vznikne destil\u00e1t, \u0159ed\u00ed se na 45% \u010di 50%. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i v\u00edce stup\u0148\u016f.   Ulo\u017eit se m\u016f\u017ee do dubov\u00fdch sud\u016f. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech skladuje.
